FINAL BLOOOOOOG uwu

Hello everyone! Final blog, it means that our holydays are closer! I’m really excited about it. I think that I wanna sleep all December haha. So about my experience learning English in the university was really good, comparing it with my school experience, I never liked books with activities and those presentations about a boring topics that it was more as if a little kid was pretending to be in a tv show. I think that watching series or movies in English are more helpful than that.   Speaking in English was always a little easier for me than writing it, maybe because I didn’t have to think that much, so the blogs helped me a lot with that. It was very fun sometimes, I really enjoyed some topics. I think that I have to still improve a lot, my listening, writing and speaking. I do know that I’m not bad but I’m not excellent either, for example I can watch a movie without subtitles but there are some little things that I don’t catch or I still hesitate sometimes writing or speakin

blog 9 ü

Hello everyone, hope u had a nice weekend, over here it’s good so far. The topic for this session is about things I would change about my career,  specifically in the program. I just entered this year, it hasn’t been much time but I have had a really good experience until now, apart from the fact of not sleeping. Also it’s a new academic program, I’m just the second generation to have it, and for the comments of the old program I think that the new one is much better and updated. There are some people who talk about some courses but I want to create my own opinion about them. It’s true that the workload is a lot, and sometimes it is simply so much that there’s not even time to look for help in student welfare but I think that that’s not a problem that only architecture students have, I believe it’s something that happens in every faculty. Every time it is more usual that the people leave their health for last. About the faculty facilities I don’t have any big problems, there a

holidays ö

Well hello everyone, I hope you enjoyed this last long weekend, if not here it comes another holiday and then we have just one month more and we are ready for our summer break! And it’s exactly that what this session’s topic is about . For this summer in particular I’m very excited because for one side, my family wants to travel out of Chile for the first time as a family, and for the other side are my personal plans. About the family trip nothing is sure yet but I have a good feeling about this, and it’s also funny because we are all divided about where to go, when and what to do there. My older brother and I think that La Habana, Cuba is the perfect place to go, fill up with new energy, there is fantastic people, amazing panoramas, beautiful places and nature, incredible coffee and one of the things that I love more about Cuba, such a great music. My mom prefers Brazil, my dad says that he prefers Machupichu, Perú and my little sister dreams with Disney (but I think that th

Camping!

Hello everyone, how was your week? Mine pretty exhausting haha but fine so far. Well the topic for this blog is camping, interesting. It had pass a long time since I camped for the last time. As a kid, my family and I enjoyed camping so much, we camped four times a year at least, but things changed and my little sister came, that was thirteen years ago. We have talked about camping again but it simply doesn’t happen, my parents don’t enjoy nature as they did. I´m so sorry for my sister, Flopy, she doesn’t know how much fun it can be. My brother and I have seen the chance to take our sister to a camping experience but we have problems coinciding times because he is preparing his title examination and work and I just started university this year. I also would love to camp with my friends but it’s the same problem, different universities, work, etc. I don’t remember much detail of my several camping experiences because I was really young, I do can say that I loved it, my ent

favorite animals

Hello everyone for this occasion the topic is my favorite animal, really difficult for me! There are so many interesting animals out there and I would love to learn more about them. If we talk about reptiles my favorite animal is the leopard gecko so cute and beautiful and is like the spider man of reptiles! It can walk on walls, roofs and even glass! These days it’s becoming a common thing to have them as pets because  it’s easy to take care, small and fun to have. Another animal that I think is very special is the chameleon how amazing is their ability to change their skin color not only as a survival technique, the chameleon also changes colors when there are in certain moods   In the see world there are two animals that captures my attention. One is the cow fish, I just love how they look! The right combination of cuteness and a funny face. The other animal is the gamba mantis, I linked a page if u wanna know more about them because I don´t have words to describe it. ( http://

future studies

Hello classmates, this week we have to talk about our postgraduate studies, as I am a first year student of architecture I think that I do not have very clear “the movie” yet, I’m on it. But that does not mean that I don’t have plans for future studies, as I mentioned it in an early blog I would love to study another career after graduating or maybe a master’s to reach my goal ( mix Arts and social work), but as I say I am not really informed so I can’t say what courses I would like to take.  I would also love to learn another language as German o Japanese; this is not directly related to being an architect, it is actually something that I want to do for my own, it’s similar to wanting to learn to play a new instrument. Now, about where I want to do my studies, of course It would be awesome do them out of the country, I think that you can learn a lot more, not only the subject, about life haha, culture. Being alone somewhere is a totally new experience. I am a person who gets

A country I would love to visit

Imagen
Hello classmates, this is actually the topic from the first blog session but I didn’t come but here it is . Every time I think about travelling, one of the places that comes to my head is Holland, or well somewhere in the Netherlands. There is not much what I know about this country ( this is one of the things that most intrigues me ), a little bit of history that I listened in some class in history or others fun facts about their culture, amazing landscapes or their really  picturesque architecture  that thanks to the internet I know that they exist. The cultural difference motivates me to want to know more about them, I would love to tour different villages, cities, camping on their beautiful landscapes, meeting people, trying the local gastronomy  and learning about them. About studying or working there I think that it could be such an opportunity, because they are a developed country studying or working there would mean a lot of opportunities in
